My Story

Throughout my life I spent tens of thousands of dollars following the expert advice, completing the courses and reading the books. I did everything I was told would bring healing, happiness, health, wealth, love and success, yet the suffering continued.

Everything changed when I began facing the uncomfortable truths that peeled away the illusions, challenged the stories I had been living by and instead owned what was true for me rather than what was projected on to me by outside people, institutions and authorities. I finally started living an authentic and aligned life based on my truth and my inner knowing through shedding all the conditioning that was keeping me sick, stuck and in a perpetual state of suffering. This was only made possible through the power of connecting back to my divine essence and remembering who I truly am. I have overcome childhood diangosis’ I was told by doctors I would have for the rest of my life, infertility that doctors failed to find the answers for, trauma from multiple events throughout my childhood and a 22 year coercive controlling relationship that mainstream psychology kept me a perpetual victim of. I now fiercely advocate for my two daughters to hold firm to their truth and authenticity despite the challenges and projections of mainstream education and society.

Through my own lived experience, I help individuals explore the patterns and conditioning that keep them stuck in life just as I did for myself. The people pleasing, the external validation seeking, fear and conditioning, all of which leads to self betrayal and abandonment. I help them uncover the cold hard truths that will finally set them free simply through remembering who they truly and DIVINELY are. This work does not require you to outsource your valuable time and money to knowledge and expertise from people who on most occasions haven’t done their own inner healing. A “one size fits all” approach does not apply when it comes to this work because we are all unique individuals.
